Janice Davis


Janice focuses on the Management, Leadership and Empowerment of Eloquent Arts Centre.

Janice’s Business and Management Degree Qualification and background of managing multiple groups of Dental Practices provided Knowledge, experience entrepreneurial skill set which allowed Eloquent Praise and Empowerment Dance Company to birth.

Janice had a vision and passion to see young children and developing youth reach their full potential,  expressing emotion through praise dance and empowerment mentoring. Most importantly Janice

has a yearning desire to see the ministry strive. 

Janice still working within the Business Management sector and founder/director of GENESIS DENTAL TRAINING still manages to oversee Eloquent Empowerment Mentoring, along with Administration and Registration at EPEDC this is with a huge support of the Eloquent Board, Team and Pastoral/Youth Mentors working behind the scenes to provide an exemplary service for all dancers.


Finn Marley



A recent graduate from BIMM Institute Birmingham, Finn has over a decade of experience in music. Whilst his degree focused on guitar, he focuses a lot of his work on music production for a range of styles of music. 

Finn is fluent in Logic Pro X and has a strong understanding of music technology and recording techniques. Outside from music, Finn has passions rooted in technology. 

As our Centre Coordinator, Finn works closely with our clients, whether one time events or long term programs, ensuring all events that take place are successful. He also manages podcast projects which come through the centre, as well as overseeing and assisting in our music studio.

Romanah Malcom


Romanah is the Artistic Director of Eloquent Arts Centre


Romanah is a Qualified Teacher with a BA honours in Primary Education and also a Qualified Dance Teacher under the IDTA international dance bodies. Romanah has also gained 16 years’ experience since dancing at the age of 6, along with achieving multiple dance qualifications in many genres of dance.

Romanah keeps herself very busy dedicated to her gift, as she finds herself committed to running a community organisation, teaching full time, running a dance studio, organising events, mentoring young people, teaching dance workshops, writing, speaking at youth events, choreographing for national and international competitions, filming dance videos and continually maximizing her potential by giving back what God has given to her. 

Romanah has received many honors, including recently being listed as one of Birmingham's top 30 most inspirational people under 30 #brum30under30 2019. She has also been featured in numerous media outlets including Newstyle radio, BBCWM, BBCONE, Birmingham Mail, Birmingham MADE TV, Phoenix Newspaper, THE VOICE newspaper, and many others.
